+1 and can spoil a decent deal for potential buyers. I found a bike 2 weeks ago in my size and undervalued at $100. I offered a reasonable price at $200 and was set to pick it up. Someone decided that since they couldn't have it at $100 they would tell the seller the "real value". It now lingers on CL at $500.
