I just sold this one yesterday for $180.00 and it was "fully serviced" and I mean "fully serviced".

Mine was a smaller frame but it was a cro-mo 4130 frame with better compnenets.

Fully serviced to me means stripped to a bare frame, everything cleaned, all bearings greased, new cables and housings, new chain, new brake pads, new tire and tubes and fresh bar wrap.

Edit- on this particular bike I chose to use the original cable housings because they were pretty unique and in good shape so it got new cables and plenty of cable lube in the old housings.
