Good bike stand?

http://www.amazon.com/Park-Tool-PCS-...dp/B000ROHJ12/

Is this good? There's a PCS-9 which is a few dollars cheaper but I don't know if it's functionally inferior. It's listed as "Economy," which to me means "Same thing just cut more corners," so I think I'd go with the PCS-10 instead ...

Good stand? Are there better ones cheaper? I want it for doing tune-ups, adjustments, cable replacements, and generally holding my bike up when I don't have wheels on it. I'm finding a lot of that stuff extremely hard when I'm trying to do it on the ground.

Looking for a one-time purchase for personal use, not a stepping stone or something for a pro bike shop or race team pit.
