What do you guys think?

My girlfriend needs a full sized commuter/road bike (we've been riding folders for a year and think it's time to upgrade). Assuming this one passes my full inspection (check the frames for cracks, wheels for true-ness, general wear and tear, etc.), does this look like a fair price?
And any guesses on the year/model?
We're heading over tonight to take a look.
