I have no idea where you found Dura Ace brifters for $80 or even $200 unless they are the wrong number of "speeds" or very heavily used. You have to use brifters with the same number of speeds as your cassette and I assume it's 10-speeds. The conversion you are proposing will be expensive and Aquakitty's comment that you bought the wrong bike is spot on.
