That's really a Stronglight model 106 crank, rebranded for Galli.
I think the 106 IMO, is one of the finest cranks made by the French but for some reason never gets the recognition it deserves. Stronglight finsihed these cranks really nicely and even added a flutes to the back of the arms which is an unusual touch for any brand to do. The big bonus is the very light weight while being tough as I never heard of any cracking issues with these unlike some cranks that so much more than these (Hello Campy SR and Mavic SSC)
