It does seem very silly, yes. But to be fair, it does say he got it for like 170 off ebay.
Not too bad. It also says he is going to change out the frame.
And that top tube isn't really supposed to be flat I don't think, not quite that angled, but not flat either.
Just fyi, I still laughed for nearly 5 minutes when I saw this.
