Jenson, Cambria, and Pricepoint won't sell "hand built" versions of that wheel. You could always order them, de-tension them, and have your local shop re-do it. In my experience with XT/Rhyno Lite and XT/317's from places like that...they are machine built and tend to loosen up often. I'd pay the extra for a good build at 3-hun.

I'll echo '01s recommendations fro saddle rails as well as UnivCyc. They have always been great to deal with and have everything I need. They built my Hope Pro II / EX5.1's and they are still my third favorite purchase to date...right behind my Hone crankset and EA70 HiRise bars.
