Down some Ibuprofen and see your doc.
I've been using Ibuprofen, aspirin, and Aleve. It's not helping much. I've never been to a chiropractor before, but I'm considering it a calculated risk. I do have a doctor appointment next week, but can't wait that long for some relief.
If this pain were in my hand, I would have cut it off already.
