I like it. If I was still living in NYC I would pick one up in a heartbeat.

The geometry looks similiar to my wife`s Louis Garneau MV1. The bike is absolutely great IMO for casual urban riding. Like a folder, it is nimble and quick but without any flex or squeeks or creaks, or any of the problems associated with latches/hinges or brakes and cable length. Despite getting a lot of abuse and being the bad weather go-to bike for the past couple years it has proven to be very durable and problem free. It`s really a pleasure to ride, and I imagine this one - with an upgrade or two (new tires especially), would be a really great city bike.

Also, I can`t tell for sure but those rims might be the same or similiar. They seem to be common on the lower priced small wheeled bikes here. If so, they are strong. I often put a lot of weight, overload really, the front rack and to date no problems. The wheels run as true as the day I got the bike. I`d bet the Bully, would be a strong little workhorse with the right cargo carrying options.
