It is not a cheap, but I look at what I spend on Jennie Craig or NutriSystems, and in the cycling is cheaper, and is long term. I, like many friends did the Jennie and Nutri, worked until we stopped using the programs, then the weight came back with a few more pounds. Cycling IMHO is long term, and have found having carrot sticks and celery around for when I get the munchies, which is a few times a day as I love to eat, fills in the gaps between meals.
