I just started my riding regimen this week so I didn't want anything to deter me from not getting out there. Unfortunately, the humidity is down right nasty up here. NY/NJ when its around 100 degrees will have a heat index of 110+. When you open the door of the house to go outside, it hits you in the chest. Being overweight, its not a pleasurable experience to ride/walk in heat like this. I was hoping to get out early this morning to get in a couple miles but I wasn't able to. Tomorrow is supposed to be 80, the Sat 74 and 83 on Sunday. Much better riding weather. My wife is riding with me and we are going to a local trail system. It should be a lot of fun.

She, good luck on your riding. I don't blame you for not going out but make sure you get back on.
