Today’s ride:
Left the house at 7:30 AM this morning and rode north on the Seminole Wekiva Trail with my friend Phil. We by passed Panera Bread this morning so no breakfast. From Lake Mary we rode north to the Sylvan Lake Trail Head. After a short break we headed south through Heathrow towards home. Stopped along the way to help a guy change a flat then ran into another friend so we stopped to talk with him. Good ride but it is getting hotter.
