Yes they are Fulcrum 7s, they seem fine though I really liked the look of some Zipp 101's

I tested the RS too, nice bike, but the R3 was a tad stiffer and more responsive and had a slightly more aggressive geometry, though still quite relaxed. The difference between the R3 and my Trek 2.1 is like night and day.
