Wow - answers - some say all I need is the MS XM-L, and I have to admit - if Socal rider's video is accurate, the new emitter appears to have either "just more light" or more light and a "lot more throw."

Colleen, is that right - does the new MS XM-L really appear to have more throw - besides just a better colored beam?

Okay, so on the other hand of some you suggest any good old 1x18650 as being identical in power and a lot easier on the bars. What's is the deal on a "drop in? Can you explain a step by step process? Is the emitter already mounted to something that you place inside the bezel?
