You should feel tough..That can be a bit demoralizing when you slam like that, but you got up, assessed your situation and rode on...Good for you. One of the things I love about my bike is that while riding I sometimes get that "tough" feeling. Not even in an ego way like, "I'm tough, watch out." But simply that I am proud of the choices I am making.
