My torso is also a bit longer than most (or one might say my legs are shorter). In any event. I've made the trade off of rolling up the longer legs on bibs. Often I find the leg length goes below my knees. Right now I'm especially happy with a pair of Pearl Izumi's, a pair of Adidas, and two pair of Performance Elite. One thing I found out about Performance is that the same model in the same size often differs by an inch in leg length. I'm lucky that there are two Performance stores within half an hour's drive. So, I'll go to both and compare individual bibs with one another.
