Sunday I'm planning a variation of the Folsom Lake Loop. This may be the last time I climb Old Foresthill until after the heat breaks in the Fall. That climb gets really hot in summer!
It's a classic route, and the Tour of CA has used some of these roads in past editions.
Rolling from my house at 7:30. Rolling from Folsom Bike at 9. Lunch is not to be missed at Newcastle Deli! Maybe an extra climb up Indian Hill after lunch

The descent down from Cool is technical, and demands respect (it's a ton of fun too!).
Pacing around 17 on flats.
