1960's All Pro

I've got a 1960's All Pro...at least I think it's from the 1960's. It's got a vinyl leather colored seat that's button on with a spring loaded seat, copper colored frame, cruiser style handlebars with copper colored covers, chain guard cover, bike fenders, and a front steel bucket. I can't figure out when it was made, and can't find anything on the internet to help me figure out when it was made or how much it's worth. It is in excellent condition with every original part in extremelyyyyy nice condition.

I just want to know more about it and am thinking about turning it into a fixie. Any advice is most welcome. Thanks!
