The bike is not going to make you rich, but might serve as a soilid bike to ride on if you are tall as the bike is very large. One would have to be 6 foot or taller to ride it.

The number on the bottom of the frame will give you an idea of the year, 6 digit's is usually 60's, 7 digits 70's. The first number is the year, so 512345 is 1965

Most the parts are original, the front forks look like they have been replaced and the rear wheel too.

mafac racer brake set, simplex prestige derailleurs.

The front derailleur is a bit high, you can see the chain rubbing on the bottom of the cage. That would need some adjusting for the bike to be useable.
