I think it might be the case that you'd have to buy a complete lever assembly, rather than one or two separate components. From a safety perspective I'd replace the entire thing.
Jimi is the person I spoke to. He could not give me any information aside from the part number.
Also, the part number above is for the entire lever and handle assembly that bolts onto the handlebars.
