You are repeating a topic covered before.. Permanent tire boot is an Oxymoron,
you only boot a tire, to get you back from a remote location to a place to replace the tire.

It, a boot, is, by definition, Temporary ..

But there are materials you can make a permanent part,
of the emergency tire repair kit you bring with you.


A piece of Hypalon fabric , used to make rubber boats from, has long been in mine.
dead sew up tires, cut up,
and the commercial boot Park sells also work .

But on tour just bring a 3rd tire , casing failure
at the tire's bead wire is tough to fix in the boonies.

You are obviously accessing a computer , replace the tire.
