Well, that's the right of the bike shop to decide what products they want to sell. I'm trying to figure out what your point here is; it seems to come down to "Joe's Bikes decided to be an exclusive ABUS supplier and I don't like ABUS!" Okay, so don't go to Joe's Bikes for a non-ABUS lock. I fail to see the issue here.
