The only real "commute" I have is about a quarter mile to my office space so I guess that's doable. It's going to be tough not to ride more than that though because I've been kicking so much ass lately and losing weight. Oh well...two days won't kill me!
That's awesome (seriously).
The key is to let your body rest and recover like every 2-3 weeks or whenever you feel rundown (gotta listen to your body). That's when the real physiological changes happen and you get stronger.
