I think everyone has their achilles of foods. If it's hindering your weight loss or affecting your ride, you need to cut it out! I have big food vices- chips and chocolate. For me, I can't ever have those foods again in order to balance out my diet and keep the weight loss going. If I even look at those foods, I start craving it, and then all of a sudden, I'm binging!

Long ago, I had a big thing for Mountain Dew. I had to drink about 5- 6 of the 20 oz bottles every day. I couldn't stop. One day, I realized I'd put on about 10 pounds. I hadn't done anything different except drink all this Dew. So I cut it out. I don't drink it- ever. It was a big struggle initially, but now, I'm about three years into not drinking Dew, and I don't crave it at all. It may come down to that extreme to get yourself out of eating fritos.
