Most (but not all) the Everest freewheels you'd run into in the USA will have English threads. They exported English thread freewheels, and only shipped Italian threaded models within their home market. The best way to check the thread is on a hub. The Italian thread version will be noticeably sloppy on an ISO hub.
As for the remover, the early versions used the identical 2-prong raised ring system as Regina, but later on they switched over to the Atom splined system which the FR-4 fits.
