I just have the rings on it from the road application, it is 53 I think. You can go down to a 48 on them.
There was a neato triple adapter for these (from mavic), a spider ring that replaces the spacers between the two big rings. Pretty neat - I looked around for a while to find one, never ended up using it, but fitted it up for this.
