The Mariner D7 has an aluminum frame. I believe it is the most rust resistant of the current Dahons. You can get one from www.thorusa.com. An IGH will generally avoid the cost of chain and cassette replacements. And my experience has been that a good IGH shifts much smoother than a good derailleur.
