Have I gone insane?

Couldn't sleep and had an idea... custom carbon fiber frames seem to be becoming more common, I've seen a few tutorials that gave me this idea. What if you were to take latex tubing meant for holding gas/liquids and create a frame skeleton when inflated, then wrap that in the carbon fiber while it's rigid as long you left yourself a valve, you could keep this inner skeleton inflated with helium.. I don't know that this would be hugely beneficial and I know helium tires and considered silly.. but you just never know
