Pretty stock on this pic, few upgrades in the last couple days, including rear pannier rack, Ritchey wcs ergo foam grips - awesome and really comfy, Shimano SPD clipless pedals, Shimano XT brakes and Cane Creek Thudbuster LT suspension seatpost - perfect upgrade for my "old" back ;-)
