I am getting bad ideas here.

You should copyright "Ekstra"...

Am looking at opening a new shop here with full frame building capabilities so might need a winter project like this to keep me busy... am currently rebuilding my 20 and have built a new fork and have a new rear triangle to install which will extend it a little but won;t put it into the ekstra category. I ttill want to be able to break it down for travelling.

Guess that all I would need to do is build up a new rear section that could be plug and play.

Yep... you people are a bad influence.
Ain't we though?

BTW while you are building rear ends..trikes wouldn't be a bad idea either. I envision kind of a modular bike that comes apart at the hinge. Feel free to improve on it.
