I hope someday to be able to post, "Goodbye Clydes!" too.....

- however -

Given my 5' 2"ness, 230 pounds, with 36.2% body fat,
even at 175 pounds I'll still be a Clyde.

It's hard to determine what my ideal weight would be, given my bone & muscle density..... but it sure as HAIL would not be "118 pounds" as listed by universal BMI charts!!! I'm guessing that, hard as I try NOT to lose any lean muscle mass, I'm gonna end up burning some of it off. For some reason, I think I'll be a hard-body 58 year old at 136 pounds..... maybe I'll drop out of the Clydes club when I reach 155 pounds, then take up meth' to get the other 19 pounds off.
