Minor, that bike looks like it needs nothing but a good cleaning and lubing. Hubs, bottom bracket, headset, should be cleaned and repacked with grease. You might want to get better fenders if you want fenders. Other than that it looks like a good solid vintage rigid MTB, and a good looking one at that. The folks over at the Classic & Vintage forum would appreciate seeing that.
