Mine too, after the weight is gone and you start to a calories back in thats when you worry about adding two many. Also remember it is not only about the amount of fat you intake, its how much you intake. I always thought of it as a bank account. If you have a daily budget of 2000 calories, stay under that number and you loose weight, over and gain. Eating smaller meals helps as does not eating after like 9pm(or whenever you taper down for the night, go to bed on an empty stomach)
