Yes, you got it right - these have the hubs with 6-bolt. Any regular road wheel fits just perfect - it is standard 100/130 frame size.
I tried wheels (9spd cassette) from my wife road bike and it works perfect - not even any adjustment needed.
Sorry either I'm wrong or we have different frames. I tried once just as a matter of interest and my road wheels weren't wide enough. Maybe I was dreaming.
