Let me guess - this is 2003 Bad Boy...with XT rear derailleur and 27 spd drivetrain...
I got 2009 bad boy for 300 from CL, but Cannondale metodically downgraded it every year - mine had 8 speed cassette, X-4, x-5 and alivio mix.
(2010 is already Acera equipped)
I had to invest some money to make it 9 speed, to get decent crankset... shifters etc..
If this is good condition bike and components then it is a very good deal..
