I got out my 20 pound LeMond, no aero bars or discs and TTed as hard as I could on a easy -perfect stretch of asphalt. I clocked 21.3mph on 25 mile out and back, highest speed was 25.5 - I guess i should be happy - its not like I've worked on it.....

What are some of you over the hill guys doing? On a regular bike -open road - flat? I'm 57 and have too many years of too many beers.....
After 20 years of family-life, career, night school & 40,000 to 80,000 miles a year of airline travel, I'm cycling to get in shape. I'm happy to ride with better & younger riders and to just stay healthy.
