In my mind, you might have to slacken the RD cable a bit, since the right dropout will be 2.5mm to the right.

Oh wait, do you mean swapping a totally new wheel into a 135mm frame? Slight derailer adjustments there are almost guaranteed, since not all hubs put the cassette in the exact same spot. It is, however, possible to carefully space your rear wheels so they swap out exactly with no adjustments.
