EDIT: I don't know if this would help. But, I think maybe push-ups, sit-ups and weights with dumbells may help circulation in your arms.

Thanks Mom...I will eat my veggies too :-) Actually I went yesterday I test rode the new Specialized Sirrus Comp...Really liked it...I was able to test ride for about an hour at my lbs over uneven pavement and the carbon forks and better flat bars (much improved over my Trek) absorbed the bumbs...Elbows felt great!!! Should be making a decision by the weekend!!! Thanks for any and all input
