Bonderized seems to have something to do with galvanizing.
There is an Australian bikeseller called Trak, perhaps they were rebranding these back in the day?
Chunky fork crown and what appear to be the possible existence of turkey levers and "Bonderized" make me think gaspipe, but you never know. Better pics might help.
