My post has been bugging me because low carb can be bad for some people too. The only diet that has solid proof of actually reversing heart disease is an
extremely low fat diet, which means no meat at all, no nuts, no cheese, no egg yolks, no butter, no margarine, no avocados, etc. However, people have a problem sticking to such a diet. I would be very unhappy at this point in my life living on a 10% fat diet.
