I never bought the Flick stand as it always ended up right on top of the bike's name or logo on the down tube, which will most likely eventually scratch up the paint and decals. I would have maybe bought one if they made them with a mounting body/clamp out of clear plastic instead.....but there is still the possbile down tube decal/paint scratching problem..... There were Raleighs in the 80s that had them mounted on a brazed threaded boss, which makes more sense.
