I'm using version 5 of Explorer. It's not my ISP since this is occuring while at work. I dont think Tech support, or my boss for that matter , would really appreciated if I opened a trouble ticket for this.
It started happening after the new version of Bikeforums came out. It may be a bug with version 5 of Explorer. I use an older version at home and have no problems.
