Given the differences in these two frames geometries, you’d probably be better off with the 230 if your not touring. The Sportive has a 10mm shorter HT and 10.1mm shorter TT for a medium, that’s a deal breaker for most folks (I know it would be for me). Also, if you’re not touring, the 20mm longer chain stays will definitely contribute to the bike feeling less “snappy” compared to the 230. Surprisingly thought the sportive looks to have a REALLY nice double/triple butted tubeset, at a lower cost than the 230. That said “horses for courses”, IMO I wouldn’t buy a touring frameset if I wasn’t touring. The 230 will be just as smooth without sacrificing performance. Just my 2 cents..
