Nope, and not even on the trainer.
PT says I've over done and we're going to back up a little. Today they put some kind of stimulator on it and I could barely walk when I left. Having to ice it every 2 hours again. Had more pain in the last few days than I did a week after surgery. Back on paid meds temporarily for now. Can't believe this as I was doing so well. PT says that I'm still good @ just over a month since surgery. Guess I am just bummed since I was feeling so good. When I left I said "I can still get on the trainer at home, right?" Nope....have to let the knee calm down first. He says it's trying to tell me something and I need to listen. Doesn't sound like I'm gonna make the Oct 8th Breast Cancer ride at this point.
