I stated that the law being discussed required the cyclist to ride FRAP when the lane was sufficiently wide for safe overtaking within the lane. So Bek proclaims that I agree with him and follows this up with his own proclamation "Ride safely right to share the road with overtaking traffic", as if that is the meaning of what I wrote.
