Tange Meriter Headset Reassembly

Hi Everyone,

With out thinking how difficult they were going to be to reassemble I disassembled a couple Tange Meriter headsets (1970's semi-sealed type with ball bearings) in order to restore them. They were in pretty gritty shape and I wanted to clean and re-grease the bearings.

Now, the challenge is resealing them. Has anyone done this before and or do LBS's have this ability anymore? I think I will have to have a bearing race press/sealer, but not sure what type and wondering if anyone has any tricks up their sleeves.

For those not familiar with them, here's what they look like: http://bmxmuseum.com/forsale/30824
