I sure wouldn't start a 120 mile trip with an out of true wheel. It's more than out of true, it has some spokes that are too loose and some that are too tight. You are likely to break spokes with it this way.
True it yourself (it's not difficult) or pay a LBS to do it for you, either way you want to at least START the trip with a true wheel.
