Just finished an abbreviated Sierra Cascades Route from Bellingham, WA to San Luis Obispo, CA.
Lots of climbing but a very interesting and scenic route.
I found the Forest Service roads in WA and OR very
tranquilo and pleasant
.
Riding through the National Parks was also memorable. With the exception of a couple of busy days on Highway 89, a very good route.
