I stepped on the scale expecting 265 ( I was 285 at MD's office but that was with clothes on and I was close to naked!) NOPE; the numers 290 appeared (and yes they felt that big!). That was the point I thought "This is BS; the next step in this parade is 300! And that ain't happening!!
So I made the choice to change my lifestyle. Eat healther; EAT LESS and MOVE MORE! Cycling was not where I started it was walking but I have found cycling is as good as walking and has helped restart my weight lose. I am 178 giving me a 21% body fat (instead of the 35%). My hope is to get down to 170-175 but I will take what I got and intend to keep off the 112 pounds!!
